TRAILERS FOR SALE

Please note: trailers are sold by private sellers.
All inquiries and purchases must be made directly with the seller.

Purchasing a trailer in the campground does not guarantee the site.
All buyers must be approved by management before completing a purchase.

• $350 flat transfer fee for purchasing a trailer in the campground
• $200 refundable site deposit

Deposits are refunded upon departure, provided the site is left clean, in good order, and all balances are paid.

• All sites include power and water
• Sewer availability varies by site
• Hydro is metered and billed separately
   

• Trailers 15–20 years old require a certified inspection
• Trailers and park models over 20 years old cannot be sold in the campground
• Existing units do not need to be replaced at 20 years, but cannot be resold on-site
   

All buyers must receive management approval before any purchase is finalized.

Approval is based on a review of your application, prior conduct on our property, and overall fit with our campground community. Management reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion

Structures And Additions

Some trailers in the campground have additions or structures attached to them. Not all additions require removal — decks, screened areas, and standard seasonal structures that meet our construction guidelines are generally permitted.

However, certain enclosed or non-moveable additions are subject to our site alteration policy and may need to be removed when a trailer changes ownership. Sellers will be informed of any removal requirements prior to listing.

We recommend asking the seller directly whether any additions on their trailer are subject to removal conditions before finalizing your purchase.
